"The Tri-State Outdoor Living crew did an amazing job! They built a beautiful patio by the water with a neat sitting wall and installed pretty cobbles stones around my entire Lake front. They made a fun beach for my family and added a great walkway to my front door, plus new mulch and edging around all landscape. They even fixed up 10 steps from the water and repaired my kitchen. They're located one hour and 30 minutes away in Chicago but were always on time. I paid a bit more for their travel, but it was so worth it. "When we first decided to have a patio installed, we of course reached out to multiple companies for a quote. This is the 1st place Tri State stood out. Everyone else was out 2 to 3 weeks but Cody came out the same week I sent a request. Cody was super personable and took as much time as needed to go over every detail right then and there. We made changes to the job and Cody was always patient and quick to adjust the price. We were slated to have the patio installed in Fall 2022 but unfortunately with the concrete shortage we had to push it to April 2023. Cody went above and beyond to give us different options such as pavers or reaching out to a different concrete supplier. We chose to wait, and Cody kept checking in periodically to make sure everything was lined up for the following Spring. When it came time to frame everything out, again we made changes. Instead of being upset Cody's crew adjusted on the fly and extended out our patio. The day came to pour the concrete and again they were so efficient, professional, and cleaned up after they were finished. They took the time afterwards on the best way to take care of it and we appreciated that extra little detail. Overall, the experience from start to finish was fantastic."
