"I thinks it’s unfair that I pay over $200 a month and scheduled a makeup in which my daughter was unable to make it due to swimmers ear and they would not allow her to reschedule the makeup classes. We have been with them for over a year and as a loyal customer who has not requested to reschedule a makeup before should be accommodated since it was a medical issue opposed to a no call no show. Once we have utilized our remaining makeups we will look for another facility to continue with and I will continue to share their “new policy” so others don’t become impacted by this and they decide if this is an appropriate fit for their children."

"Jeanine is AMAZING! She has been my daughter's teacher since she was an infant. She's very patient with the kids and ensures every kids gets the same amount of one on one time with her during lessons. My daughter is so attached to her!"

"Very disappointed in the Orland Park location. I scheduled a make-up class for my daughter a week in advance and she got sick with a fever, cough, and runny nose. They would not issue a make-up class for my daughter that is sick. You cannot schedule when your child is going to get sick so it is very inconsiderate and administrating that you lose money and a swim class just because your child is sick."

"The staff and teachers are great! Kylie and Janeen have been so great with my son, especially when he was nervous to do a class without me. The facility is kept clean as well."

"I love the interaction and the consistency it gives my son with swimming. However, I am not sure if its management is just teenagers but their customer service is horrible. Only one young lady with the awesome nails and an older woman that are very sweet, not sure of their names, but everyone else has a very horrible attitude when communicating or relaying communication. The instructors are perfect with the ones that he has had thus far. Wish they had a little bit more etiquette with customer service."
