Had a 10:15 scheduled today because we have 50 people coming for a party tomorrow. Called when no one showed up and they didn’t have us on the books. I called 2 weeks ago and made a point to reiterate the date a time when booking. So frustrating."

"Do not use if you have pets. They won’t clean animal areas. The crew said it was policy. Refused to dust shelves because he saw a dead stink bug. Stink bugs are harmless and unfortunately every where in Oak Park. Basically the crew decides what they want to clean when they get to your house. Mary’s Cleaning Service should be honest with customers and let customers know that their house may not be clean when they are done. That the crew will choose what they want to clean on site. Be ready to clean after the cleaning crew is done. And Mary’s is expensive !"

"We had one miscommunication with a new crew that came and we were a bit unpleased. Owners told us they would make sure this will be addressed, fixed and we would get 100% satisfaction. They really went WAY ABOVE what was required to fix the issue. I am glad they continue the same way they had for 15 years! Same management, same focus on great job at very reasonable price. Highly recommend. Note: the picture posted was "before" they did the cleaning. After, Mary's cleaning, the bathroom like the day it was installed (minus the dust!!!) Wonderfull work Many thanks!!!! They could even clean that kind of disaster!"
