"I completely agree with the last person’s reference about inexpensive clothing. If you care anything about your garments, please go somewhere else. There is little consideration given to food stains. I went there for & years and kept thinking it would improve because I was hesitant to pay more elsewhere. After several shirts being shrunk or after pointing out food stains to only be told my the manager “they may come out in the wash, they may not” and watch her throw the garment in the basket without marking it or any intent to come back to stain treat it. No surprise, the stains did not out and were permanently set after pressed. Finally I went someplace else (Oak Cleaners). While initially shocked by the price increase there, every stain has come out and all garments come back fitting exactly the way they did when I took them in. I can’t tell you now many times Mrs Lee at Poly places the blame on shrunken shirts on the manufacturer or anywhere else. No more. I was threw. I just wish that I had changed a long time ago. Don’t let an extra $1-2 per shirt scare you from leaving. It’s totally worth it."

"My son forgot to take his suit to get cleaned & pressed for his PROM people! I took it in Friday afternoon and it was beautifully cleaned & ready to go by noon the next day. Just in time for prom! Did I mention that the prices are quite fair?!?!"

"Service is great. Prices are reasonable and if you prepay there is a discount. Clothes are hung probably on hangers. Especially the sweaters to avoid the lump on the shoulders. I haven't had any issues and I've been going here for 2 years."
