"I only give this service a 1 because 0 is not an option. Communication was terrible, a contract was never given to us, he did not show up on the first scheduled day (cancelling via text at 4:30am) Mark assured me he would be in the following morning at 8 am to clean. The second morning he did not show and did not answer his phone or respond to messages. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!"
