The quality of her work is unparalleled. If a spot is pointed out when the cloths are dropped off, she will work on it until it has been removed regardless of how long it takes. Additional charges for her time to remove spots are not part of her vocabulary. If the spot is unable to be removed by Kiki, it can't be removed by anyone. If there is an issue with your cloth that you didn't know about, Kiki will fix it. Kiki and her wonderful daughter Effie are a true tag team...how many mother-daughter ran businesses do you know in this day of age that tension isn't through the roof? If you are like me, you'll scour through your home to find cloths for them to clean to keep them going.
