"Over the years I’ve used several services for air duct cleaning until I settled on Air Care since the air in the house is noticeably better after they are done. They don’t use any chemicals, either. This time we needed them to come out quickly since my husband was having breathing issues from allergies. Their schedule was backed up for a month, but they waitlisted us and let us know when an opening became available. We are indebted to them for coming out sooner than anticipated. My husband is breathing easier."
"I have very bad experience with this company and it cost me a lot of health. This is vi can't be quiet. I order service to clean air ducts. It was approximately month ago. 1 hour before appointment office called and notified me that appointment cancelled because technician have COVID. They order me appointment in almost month and a half to wait again. On July 2 technician came I offered him water , food. Outside was very hot and humid. 3 hours both doors was open due to houses. After 3 hours I go down to see what he is doing I noticed that he open heater and air-condition door and talking on phone in Spanish and touching wires. I ask him what he is doing he continues talk on phone and I got concerned. I did maintenance on air-condition 3 week ago everything was good and now this person not look like now what he is doing without notifying me what happened doing with my air-condition. Later after I am insisting to find out what is going on tell that at beginning of job he turned switch off and now air-condition is not working. I asked him to call manager and we will talk together. He refused he told me that I need to call in the office by myself and when I call and talk to manager he didn't liked that. In the house it was getting so hot that I was not only all perspired I started to have palpitations in my heart. I have hypertension. I tald him that I don't feel good it's very hot ,I all perspired he was smiling. I tald him 3 times,why are you laughing it's absolutely not funny that old thick woman 4 hour in hot weather without air-condition. Then he told me that one part is not working and he left to store to buy part. When he comes back and put part and air-condition start to work he started to push him to pay $389 because he is late for another appointment. I tald him that I want to talk to manager before I am paying and write in contract that if something will be happened with air-condition company will be responsible. He answered me that if I refused to pay money he is leaving and left. After that he called his manager and tald that I refused to pay and I am rude and not treated him right. I talked on phone with technician who did maintenance on my air-condition 3 week ago and explain situation and he told me that this person mess with wires on lower compartment this is why that part stopped to work. But the most interesting when manager come from lunch and called me he literally started accusing me that I was rude and didn't treat him right. I tried to explain what happened he could not give me chance to talk. It takes 2 hour to get 1 degree less temperature down how house get hot. Fish always sailed from head. Manager supposed to listen his employees but he supposed to listen another side too. I invited company to clean air ducts they destroyed my air conditioner in hot weather . I was 6 hour I got house and all perspired whith palpitations and high blood pressure and manager called me and accused without giving me chance to talk. This is not human and they put my health in jeopardy. But they are really doesn't care. It's important to receive money. I don't recommend anyone using that company. What going around what coming around."
"Our building hired this company to perform routine vent cleaning maintenance. When they left our dryer did not work, and our neighbors all had similar issues. The association called to get them back in but it took weeks. The entire building was without operational equipment until they were able to come back. What a mess!"
