Thoroughness: Carla and her team deeply care about cleaning your house and have an incredibly high attention to detail. They will not miss an inch of cleaning. We have two young kids and simply could not clean to this level of detail without their help. 2. Responsive: They have never missed a cleaning session in the last year since they started cleaning our home. Furthermore, they are always responsive to our communications. They truly live by their word and professionalism. 3. Caring: most importantly, Carla and her crew deeply care about your home and clean / take care of it as if it their we're own home. We have multiple difference types of surfaces from hard wood, granite counters and marble counters and marble shower tiles. Carla is deeply aware of cleaning solutions to take care of each surface type and always considerate of using cleaning solutions that are safe for our young children.
