"Went to the store to get gifts. The coolers were all empty. There was no one in front for several minutes. She finally came up and I asked stuff that is usually in the cooler and was informed there was nothing. She said she had nothing in the back with except online orders. So why open the store for me to drive all the way out there!!!"

"I came to this location after closing time today not realizing it was already 6:15pm and I was in need of chocolate dip strawberry box to take to my wife for a surprise. As I was getting into my car a woman came to the door and asked if I needed anything. I apologized and let her know I didn’t realize the time and I would come back another time when they were open. To my shock she said “ don’t be silly you are here now how can I help?” She was able to put together a beautiful gift with chocolate strawberries, flowers and balloons!!! It was perfect!! Thank you Lindsay I will be back!!!"

"Talk about a SATURDAY SURPRISE ! The smell as soon as we walked in was unpleasant , along with a warmer environment . I tried to look In the half empty case and disregard the smell however the ladies didn’t seem willing to help , no greeting of any sort as well as no offer to help us with an order . We turned around and left . I was looking for a spontaneous Saturday treat and this was NOT the right place to go I guess . We will not return . Save yourself time , money & customer Service ."

"Received some hot sweaty strawberries for v day . I called to ask for refund , as I did not eat any of them they went directly into trash . She told me she did not do refunds but would send a dozen choco strawberries and a dozen fresh strawberries as replacement . I said fine , however when the delivery arrived the man brought the same small wilted cup of strawberries. I did not eat them either as they were very old, shriveled, and near moldy condition ."
