Update your selections online to show availability before a reprint payment for something you don’t even have."
"I am out of state and ordered flowers for a friend's memorial service in the store's local area. The service was on a Saturday at 5pm. I placed the order online the previous Thursday afternoon. I was NOT NOTIFIED UNTIL TWO DAYS AFTER THE SERVICE THAT THE ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!! Horrible service and will never use again. They had more than enough time to let me know there was an issue, but didn't bother doing so."
