"Disappointed this year in their gutter cleaning service. We used them in previous years and had no issues. This year they showed up on a Saturday morning with less than an hour's notice via text. I was out of town, but they did the job and arranged for payment later. Problem is I noticed they did not properly reattach the extension at the base of one our downspouts. They also did not seal up a hole in our gutter that Paul previously promised he would. In their defense, it was an "extra" job that Paul told me about a few years back and we still never had done, but I reminded Paul beforehand we wanted it done this year. They just left without doing it and without telling me they didn't do it. We will look for another gutter cleaning service going forward."
