"I chose this company based on positive reviews and the fact that they use a strong gas-powered vacuum. Giving 1 star since they didn't follow proper duct cleaning protocol: they didn't have proper tools to open a circular duct hole so they butchered the duct trying to attempt a circle with regular shears. They didn't have a hose fitting so they tried to stuff blankets to keep their plastic flex tube in place (massive vacuum leaks since the seal was terrible). They didn't cover the vents before starting to clean, so the suction was minimal at each vent/register (even after I asked). They also assumed the air flow direction and got it totally wrong (ie they sucked from the return side but blasted dust from the supply side registers...so basically just pushed the dirt onto my HVAC coil and fan. Since they didn't check which were supply vs return, they sprayed disinfectant into the wrong side. These guys really had no idea what they were doing."

"The technicians arrived shortly before their appointed time and took the necessary equipment from their truck promptly and efficiently. The returns and vents were cleaned in a very timely manner. They were willing to answer all my questions. Will use this service again if needed, and will recommend them to friends, neighbors and family."

"Great First Service Dan was out this morning to service our house. He arrived on time and immediately put on protective wraps for his shoes. We showed him our furnace, ventilation system, and dryer duct. Quality Air did a great job and answered all of our questions. We paid them extra to clean out the furnace and blower which of course had all kinds of new construction particles but it was worth it and the cost was very reasonable when you compare Quality Air to their competitors!"

"I took the complete vent cleaning package which includes cleaning supply vents, sanitizing and Dryer vent cleaning. Sabino Serna was the technician who came and he was very kind and helpful. He explained me all the cleaning process and did a very good job doing it. He also helped cleaning all my air filters and put it back. As a new Homeowner i got to know more about the furnace and how to change filters myself. Overall its a great experience working with Quality Air and i give them 5 star."
