"The most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. First of all, they do not know what they are doing, completely unskilled and unprofessional. I left the most basic jacket to be cleaned, ended up completely damaged. The owner is untruthful the least to say and does not own up to his bad service."

Additionally, one of the pockets that was replaced was sewn so poorly that I can barely fit my hand inside of it."

That was the first job done by Veralare! 0 stars to Verlare Cleaners, I would rate at negative but there is no such an option. My brand new $500 silk shirt is ruined, they made MULTIPLE snags all over the blouse, and changed shape of the blouse, no excuse or anything. Robert (the owner) said he personally did cleaning of my blouse. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL JOB! After all his mess he just recommended me to claim store as a bad guality shirt. NEGATIVE!!! BAD BUSINESS ROBERT!!!"
