Somehow snagged the dress which damaged the bottom portion of the dress (my wife wore this dress when we got married, so it has double significance). Daughter’s dress was completely wrinkled and didn’t look like it had been dry cleaned. No one mentioned the fact that they ruined my wife’s dress when we picked it up. I wouldn’t recommend because of this."
