"I’m gonna be straight up with you, I work at McDonald’s. Quarter pounders are cooked fresh. You do have to wait on it. We do apologize. We have never took in someone’s debit card and left them in the drive-through without it. That was a lie. And also we are very short staffed so if you do have to wait for your food, we do apologize. We are ALWAYS advertising for new employees. And as a McDonald’s employ, we are not authorized to give you a receipt you have to ask for them. Sorry. And for the person that had to wait 21 minutes for your mobile order, we can’t control if you ordered it at the wrong restaurant. We can’t control your phone. We can’t ensure that we got everything you asked for it that’s why we ask, “Is everything correct on your order?” So with that out of the way, please consider the fact that this is a local restaurant. Ran by people that live in this community. We all have to make a living and and let’s be good to one another! I’ve never had troubles out of this restaurant, even before I worked here. Y’all just want reason to complain and hate on something. Smh"

"Usually great service. Lately in the Albion ill McDonald's they'll ask me to pull up to spot 1. I'm the only one there, and they'll clear the whole line before bringing my order. Why does this happen?"

"This location is on a route I travel quite a bit but I’ve never stopped here before. I had been craving fries for a quite a long time so I order those among a few other things, on the app. The service was super friendly and quick except there was a bit of a wait for to get my order handed out the window. Well worth it though because I got the best crispiest perfectly salted McDonalds fries! Great job Albion!"

"My personal experience has not been the greatest. Too many careless workers , young adults too distracted, talking , on the their phone , not wearing hair nets , consistently washing their hands . I feel the only time the food is on point is if you order breakfast or dine in the actual location . My child is allergic to onions I started ordering my food fresh cook to order they still messed up , still added a bunch of onions on my child burger . Someone needs to micromanage things better or they need to tear it down and try a different restaurant. The older people who work their or very sweet, the guy manager who wears glasses should be in charge he’s so professional"
