Chad is thorough, courteous, detailed to his profession and very polite. He protects walls and furniture with barriers and seals off the door opening to minimize cold air infiltration from the hoses used for cleaning. My carpets looks better than when new and he moved everything all by himself, including putting the items on Styrofoam blocks. His pricing was great as was he. "I just had Royal Treatment out to do my carpets based on reviews I'd found. I've only had carpets cleaned one time before, with a fellow that had good reviews and was very affordable, but was using a smaller more portable machine. Chad's dedicated cleaning van rig did a much much better job, left less moisture too. Chad was very thorough, he strikes me as a guy it takes pride in doing a solid job and he's easy to work with. Cost was reasonable, more than that last guy but I'm so impressed with a difference using better equipment with a knowledgeable operator that Im def. calling Chad next time. I have two big dogs. Came out way better than expected. A+"
