"I am uncertain about how these individuals managed to accumulate so many positive reviews. They are clearly unsuitable for commercial projects. I left them for a few hours and returned when they said they were finished and needed payment. I walked into a job site that seemed to look exactly the same as it did at the start of the cleaning. Everything had streak marks; it was clear that they had rushed through it to get out as soon as possible. They presented themselves as the best option available, but ultimately failed to deliver on any of their promises. I spent the next hour with them to go over all the I cleaned areas. Frank and Denisse engaged in constant arguments with each other the entire which made everything ever more uncomfortable. Moreover, they consistently reminded us that they had another job to attend to. Frank even resorted to screaming at us about the failure to clean the refrigerator, despite this matter having been discussed twice prior to commencing the work. It is abundantly clear that they lack the necessary competence to handle commercial jobs."

"Cleaners were on time but the quality of service was disgraceful. I only paid the man to get him out of my house because 1. his demeanor was condescending and 2. the quality of service was way below that of a professional cleaning company and the sooner he was out, the sooner I could clean myself. To give you the whole picture, this home was not well maintained by renters. There was plenty of dust and grime in kitchen/bathrooms but bedrooms only needed to be vacuumed/mopped. I did not expect this home to be pristine after cleaning but I did expect to not be able wipe dirt of surfaces with a light swipe of my finger. I was quoted for 3hrs yet it was stated that a home this size could take 3-4.5hrs. I was told by the owner that they would be done at the 3.5hr mark and I could view the property. I came back to a sorry excuse of a cleaning with only himself present and the other cleaners had left. He continued to reiterate that he has been in business for 12yrs and cleaned out the window sills which isn’t usually included when the surfaces are what needed more attention. Then, he wanted me to go around and tell him what needed attention. I showed him several issues which he somewhat remedied but after 12 years, I’d think he could clean well without being micromanaged. The wife was very nice and cleaned the stove/bathrooms well for the most part. The third cleaner who supposedly I was “fortunate” to have was on the phone every time I encountered her. A string mop was used that just moved dirt around, they used my paper towels and it appears my bathroom hand soap is missing."
