"This company is a scam ! Be careful. I had booked Move out services with this company and they charged me $630 . They didn't clean my bathroom properly, neither did they clean my oven. Even one of washroom tile was broken. Looks like they charged 630$ for just vacuuming the house (not even the deep cleaning). On top of that when I called him and mentioned that my bathroom is not cleaned and my bathtub is not clean he is telling me that we are eco friendly company we don't use bleach. Does this mean that they will leave things dirty??! When I had asked about oven cleaning, he told me to use the auto clean feature of the oven . Not sure if they know what is the meaning of move out cleaning. Stay away from this company ! Please don't use them at all."

"We recently signed up with The Maids. They did their deep clean and several regular cleans for our family. We were very satisfied with their service. Last week, we were scheduled for a regular cleaning. They were no call, no show. When I inquired, I did receive a return call and was told that they are severely understaffed and I should not have been scheduled; That someone quit and the manager, Daniel Larios, was even having to go into the field and clean. With many apologies and a promise of $50 off, we were rescheduled for today, between 10-1. At around 2:00 I called the first time. Mr. Larios’ voicemail box was full. I couldn’t leave a message. I finally, after two additional calls not answered, get a call back. Mr. Larios tells me another person has quit, he doesn’t know what he is going to do and he doesn’t know that he can service my house…Ever! He apologizes and ends the call. Unreal. Steer clear. The Aurora branch is a mess and completely unprofessional, unreliable and I am so disappointed and irritated about having to find another company and pay again for a deep clean. It was clear that Mr. Larios was not interested in protecting the business’ image and cut me loose with a frustrated apology."

"My wife of 40 years, in all the time we've been married had never allowed anyone to clean her house. She didn't trust anybody else to do it as well as her. Until our daughter used The Maids. She raved to my wife of the amazing work that Daniel's cleaning crews had done to her home. Five years ago my wife decided to try The Maids. Now Daniel's crew is at our home every month.
