"So I got my brand new dress dry cleaned for a wedding. The day I was getting ready I noticed all the buttons on the back were missing. I paid 150 bucks for the dress when I bought it from jcpenney. I went back to the cleaners they told me they were missing before they dry cleaned it. I have pictures before I took my dress in and the buttons were there as it was a brand new dress. The lady said she wanted to tell me that before I left after dropping off my dress. It was a bold face lie she gave me my ticket and told me have a nice day. She seemed confused and seemed incompetent. She was extremely rude. Don't go here.."

"Took my sons correction officer shirts to the cleaners to get his name embroidered on it . I checked on the progress three times and it was still being worked on . The new owner speaks poor English and doesn’t understand directions when given. Went to pick up the shirts and she sewed his name with the wrong color . They used brown when it should of been gold . They took both of his correctional patches off the shoulders and denied taking them off . The shirts were paid for by me. Upon returning to the cleaners to tell the lady owner that the embroidery was done in the wrong color. When asked what happened to the removed patches and she stated I didn’t take them off and she asked her husband and she told me he didn’t take them off. Who did? We brought the shirts with the patches on . No money was refunded . Very disappointed! Won’t go back there again. The previous owners was wonderful beyond wonderful. My son and I had to take the shirts today together police store in Woodbridge to get the problem corrected. 39.00 plus 10.00 I paid to the cleaners. Very disappointed !!!!!!"

"Horrible service and tailoring. Didn't have my 2 pants that needed a patch sewed on done in time which was 3 days and it looked absolutely horrible and they sewed the Tag to the front patch so I couldn't even open the pant leg with scissors so they didn't even check their own work. I guess they might be just good for cleaning your clothes but all i know is that i will never go back there again. I want my $15 back but leaving this review is all I can justify myself doing. Take pride in your work other you need another proffesion"
