"The facility is well kept and very clean, staff is very nice. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the dispersment and organization of the equipment is a little more than awkward. There is also not very many of each machine."
"Great great gym! My family and I have been going to this gym for the past 2-3 years since a lot of local gyms get expensive. The staff keep the equipment in excellent shape and have a variety of machines to use! Also the staff is amazing, as one of the staff members willingly used one of his free guest passes when there was confusion on memberships. Overall 5 stars as it is a family friendly gym that has all the needs for beginners and advanced gym goers!"
"Why am I not allowed to make noise while deadlifting? I’m not slamming the weights from waist level, I am simply lowering them to the ground. But when you deadlift more than 100 pounds, it is going to make some noise when the plates make impact."
"Everything is great...clean, large gym with different machines, walking track, machines work most of the time...EXCEPT there's an epidemic at this gym of people sitting on the machines for long periods of time. There's resting between sets and then there's sitting there for 20 minutes not moving, not using the machine, just staring at your phone or chatting with someone else. No big deal if there's more than one of that type of machine, but in many cases there isn't. This is especially frustrating when the person on the machine is chatting with someone who WORKS THERE. You'd think they'd at least have the thoughtfulness to say, "Hey, let's catch up when you're done with your workout." While students and older folks may have time on their hands to spend all day at the gym, I and many others do not. I need to be in and out quickly to get back to work. While I realize that common courtesy is no longer common, it would be FANTASTIC if there were at least reminders on each machine that you should be respectful of how long you use it."
"The facility itself is really nice. Really good machines and weights. Nice indoor track and basketball courts. Locker rooms and restrooms are clean. The only thing stopping me from putting it as a 5/5 is the fact that the gym hours can be annoying at times. Furthermore, the gym is often closed for whole days at a time various reasons which can also be annoying if one is on a tight schedule for working out. Other than that, really nice gym overall."
