"We just had our first experience with Enviroclean of Illinois and it was an eye-opener to say the least. Our carpet was stained so badly from pets, food and drink spills, etc., that we were sure our only option was replacement. When Jeremy arrived and started looking around, he didn't seem intimidated by the stains at all - in fact, he told me the likely source of each stain, how long it had probably been there, and the prospects for removing it. By the time he had totaled up the area and explained what he would be doing, I was expecting a much higher price than the "ball park" figure I had been quoted on the phone. The total price was, in fact, near the bottom of the range quoted and the process was quick, yet thorough. When Jeremy finished the job, all but two of the stains (rust and red dye) I had pointed out to him were removed and the carpet looked brand new. It's now been a week since the carpet was cleaned and it still looks as good as it did the day of the service. In fairness to Jeremy, he did tell me that the two remaining stains could be bleached out and the carpet dyed to match the original color but I decided against that because both stains were concealed by furniture. I will most definitely be calling Enviroclean again when it's time for our next floor or furniture cleaning project."
