Wash 'n Dry Laundry Services

"This place used to be clean and fun to go to. Now...not anymore...what happened?? Love the fact it's 24 hours, but now it's dirty, and there's no soap in the bathroom, which is disgusting. Some wash machines & dryers do not work, and there's no "OUT OF ORDER" sign on them which is very misleading. I used a dryer there 3 months ago that didn't dry my clothes at all, left my contact information, and the owner still never got back to me for a refund. This place really went downhill. Wish they would do better."

"Idk about fair price but it got the job done. Clean inside and not all stuffy like most laundry mats. Lot of machines out of service though."

"I put in $20 in the owners coin machine and it just ate my $20 when I tried to call and get my $20 back or at least in quarters. Tried to reach the owner 4 times and was later blocked. I know I was blocked because I called from another number and it went through very unprofessional. At least you could do is respond with a text or maybe even a call back? But to say the least I’m not going there again."

"This place is terrible. I've never had a good experience here. The location is convenient for me so about one a year I give it another shot. Today will be the last. I put a $20 bill in the change maker, only to be given $8.75 back in quarters. Then it took three hours for my clothes to even pass as dry. There is no contact information for the owners to be found, I'm assuming so they never have to hear from the andry customers they steal from. If your doing laundry in Morris, IL, go to Soaps on division."

"Whomever has this laundromat really needs to have someone clean washers & dryers daily. The bottom bigger dryer on south side needs fixed...my clothes were still wet & it definitely wasn't even a load as big as the top one was. Had to separate into the dryers on the east wall. I've lost money in the vending machine and there's no number to call to get any kind of refund. And now today I used a $5 washing machine that I had to pretty much ring out all my clothes to even put in a dryer. This is getting ridiculous! This one was always the cleaner one to go to & not as busy in the evening. Anyone know who to talk to about this to get a refund??? Money doesn't go as far anymore to waste it like this & someone else to bonus from my loss"
