"I hired CSBB twice and each experience fell short due to communication issues with the owner. The owner lists two phone numbers in advertisements but communicates solely via text message. On every turn, there was an excuse as to why a voice to voice call is problematic yet the streams of text messages were endless. My first cleaning was 4 hours of cleaning by two workers for a 1000 sq ft home with no furniture. I paid the full amount before the work was performed and learned after the cleaners left the kitchen floor was somehow missed. I called and texted to let the owner know and she texted back to say she would send a cleaner back the next day and asked that we issue a new check for a lesser amount and assured us the original check would be returned. The cleaner was unable to come the next day but returned two days later. We left the 2nd check with the cleaner and later learned, the original check was cashed. Called and texted both the cleaner and the owner. The cleaner said she told the owner the check was deposited and was asked to give us $25 cash but she did not have any cash to leave us. The cleaner also said she was told by the owner to keep the second check as well. An hour later, the owner texted back to say she did not realize the check had been deposited and assured me she would not deposit the check and never once offered to issue a refund for the difference. On the second scheduled cleaning, I asked the cleaner for the total and explained we plan to pay in cash. She explained she would need to speak with the owner about the price. We agreed to return to the home before she finished to provide payment. Midway through the cleaning, I received a text stating the price would be $100 (which equates to $40 - $50 per hour) for a 1000 sq ft home. I requested a phone call from the owner to discuss the price. The owner texted to say she was “at work” and could not talk yet she continued to send detailed texts about her quote. When I replied that I believe any payment at $25 -30 per hour or more deserved a voice to voice call, she texted to say the hourly rate quoted on various outlets (Facebook, Craigslist, etc), I only applies to the first cleaning. Despite my request for a voice to voice call to discuss further, I continued to receive a barrage of text messages about the reason the owner could not call but could continue to text. I asked the cleaner to stop immediately and paid her for the time she spent cleaning at the understood hourly rate of $25 -$30 per hour. If the business owner is incapable of conducting a voice to voice conversation, it is probably of sign or things to come. If the cleaner reads this and finds a new company, let us know. We loved your work, but the owner’s approach is unlikely to yield much by way of business."

"Horrible! I paid for them to clean the place so I could get my deposit back. Came back and not one thing was cleaned . Then I called to have ot fixed and Bridgewater understanding and wanted to fix the problem I even sent pictures over. And I was then given a hard time from Michelle about it and she didn't want to clean it. Never will I suggest this place to anyone or ever use them again! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!"
