"I ordered a balloon arrangement for an event I was having and they did not meet my expectations at all. Their response time was slow and I had to call several times to check on my order and give them details. I wanted two balloon arrangements and last minute they let me know they couldn’t do one of them... When they showed up the first time to set up they were unprepared and had to ask for a ladder and thumbtacks to set up. I was there scrambling looking for a ladder when I had other things to worry about for my big event. They had to leave and come back 2 hours later. When they came back they had the material, but they did not make the arrangement look anything like the photos I sent them. When I told them I was not happy with it they were quick to say “well we’re super busy today so we’ll just give you a refund” rather than try to fix the problem. The arrangement was supposed to be around the door and it was hanging right In the middle almost, it was hitting us as we walked in and out. It may have been a windy day but despite that, the arrangement was not worthy the money. I would not recommend this place for events. Very unprofessional and bad service. I wanted to support their small business, and I was very disappointed. This was their second chance with me. I had taken 3 balloons that I bought somewhere else to get inflated 2 weeks before this incident and they charge me $20. I wasn’t expecting that at all.... oh and as they were leaving my house they were honking at my dad!"
