"I called Kammermann's pest control to get a quote to treat my home for termites and my deck for carpenter bee's. They were able to come out the same day and give me a quote for the work, the man I spoke with said we would probably be available between this day and this day, however I will have someone call and schedule the appointment. I never scheduled any appointment because I was selling my home and the buyers ended up taking care of this on their own, however next thing I know I am getting a bill in the mail for work that was done on the home. I never authorized any of this to be done, on top of it I find they left a voicemail and were in my home looking for a check on the counter???? Not only did you come out to my home when their was never a scheduled appointment you entered my home with out my permission as well. Needless to say I will not be paying for any work that I did not authorize. Unprofessional and unorganized."
