"I tried to replace my shower cartridge by myself and then realized I was in over my head and at a point of no return. I called Proservice on a Sunday. Kenny showed up within an hour of calling. Kenny was able to quickly fix and finish the mess I created. Big shout out to Kenny for an amazing job on a Sunday! Would recommend Proservice to anyone."

"After my mother used this company for 7 plus years she will never call them again. When her hot water heater sprung a leak they called proservice. The man showed up to fix the leak as a temp repair until he could do a permanent fix. He repaired 2 spots in the pipe. Was there for 30 minutes. When he handed them the bill it was for 2 hours of service for a total of $330. When they were given the estimate for the permanent fix is when mom got really upset. Proservice was going to charge them $1800 just for the hot water heater. When she called a different person to do the repairs she found out that the hot water heater was still under warranty. The new man did the entire job for $175. That was removing the old one and installing the new warrantied one. So in conclusion Proservice was going to screw my parents out of a ton of money because they are long time customers."
