"I had my 1st visit at Aspen Dental today. I have to say it was the best experience I've ever experienced at a dentist. Dr Hill was so nice and explained things where I could understand. The girls were great. Everyone there treated me with respect and kindness.i wasn't nervous at all!"

"Staff was friendly. However, I feel like the dentist didn't know what he was doing. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled out. A large part of the tooth was missing. After numbing me up, he started removing the tooth. I could tell he was hing difficulty. He even looked up to the ceiling with the expression like, what do I do now. Then he began drilling. He got most of the tooth out. There is a piece still in there along with a hole into my sinus cavity. He never said anything about being in the sinus cavity. I found out when I had pain in the area and when I rinsed with warm, salt water and it came out of my nose. I went back and they packed the hole. Still never mentioning anything about the sinuses. I also have a part of the tooth that is poking into my cheek. I did schedule an appointment to see a specialist soon. Will definitely never go back there."

"Cancelled my appointment because I missed a voicemail telling me to confirm. I am a new patient and wasn't told this when I booked, nor did the multiple text messages they sent give me the option to confirm. I had heard that this is the Great Clips of dentistry and I can believe it."

"My husband went in for dentures and removal of his teeth. He was actually given a partial that a tooth fell out of in less than 12 hours. He had 2 insurances but only 1 was billed. They set him up for care credit account that paid the remainder except for $600. Again secondary insurance was never billed. He’s had the partial less than a month and can not wear it. It does not fit. They want him to pay $600 before they will fix it. Front clerk was very rude and sarcastic. After contacting our secondary insurance and finding out that they never sent them a bill I went back in to let them know. She was condescending and talked down to me while I was still on the phone with my insurance company. The insurance company called and spoke with her while I was standing there. She was also rude to her. First impressions of an office usually starts from the first person that you encounter. This is definitely not the person that should be representing your office. Still sitting in the waiting room waiting on the office manager to come talk to us. I’m guessing the work and partials are not guaranteed here. Do not go here if you want good care and guaranteed products that last and that you can actually use."

"What an efficient caring office. I had chipped my front tooth--right in the middle. I was preparing for my father's funeral Monday morning--this was Friday. I went in without an appointment just hoping they could do something for me as my regular dentist's office is closed on Friday's. I did not have to wait long at all. Dr. Hill took took care of me and quickly made the needed repair, gratis. You cannot even tell where the work was done. I could not believe it but was so appreciative. Everyone was so kind. I will tell all my friends looking for a dentist about Dr. Hill and Aspen Dental. You are bound to see negative reviews at some point about any business but mine could not be more glowing. I never expected the quick work but am extremely grateful as this came at an exceptionally difficult time for me and they truly recognized this."
