"Had this person as a vet a number of years ago. She was the barn vet at a facility where I used to board my crossbred gelding. I have never forgotten her extremely rude behavior when I called her regarding an extra charge on an invoice for veterinary services that I had not asked for. There is more to being a vet than just providing services. Basic professionalism and respectful customer service are just as important. For this reason, I do not recommend Rachel Kane."
