"Residential Air Duct Cleaning. It is a rare find to have someone do such great work. From start to finish, the job was done well, exceeded expectations, was very informative and communicative along the way, and did not leave until the job was finished (11:30 pm... started at 11:30 am). The house was purchased in June and we knew the vents had not been cleaned since it was built over 30+ years ago. You should have seen the amount of stuff that came out. In addition to the debris, the vent cleaning was well done to the point of them looking brand new on the inside. There was great attention to detail, cleaned up as he went, and did a great job of putting things back that were moved during the process. Additionally, photos were taken of before, during, and after to showcase the work as he went along. And finally, we needed advice on some other items. I spoke with Crystal by phone after texting her from an ad on Facebook. She was really friendly right off the bat & very helpful. After a few questions, she got me set up right away. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable & I was highly impressed by his professionalism. He showed me personally what was in my vents & I honestly don’t think they had ever been cleaned. He took his time cleaning my home which is so rare these days. I swear I can breathe better since the vents were cleaned & it’s all thanks to this company. Outstanding service. "The woman we booked with was very nice and got us in much quicker than I expected . The guys were on time. "We had our duct work and furnace cleaned today. So glad we did. When our furnace was installed, they did not install it properly to allow for drainage. The guy fixed ours to drain and cleaned it completely. Good thing we did not wait as there would have been mold in our duct work by the end of summer. Our house feels and smells so fresh and clean now. The air is crisp. So glad we took this step and got it done. BTW, he said this is a common issue with the installations of furnaces. Make certain yours is installed properly. Not only is it a great potential for mold, but it also is a fire hazard."
