"Wanted to share my experience with C&L Backhoe, who repaired and replaced my outside sewer issues I’d been having for quite some time. Couldn’t be anymore pleased with Jeff, the owner, and Luke, his son. They let me know what would take place and when, taking care of all prep work, including telling neighbors the day before that the street would be closed to through traffic, and not to park on the street, (as often happens), since a huge portion of the street was dug out deeply where my sewer connects with the city. They were not only very professional, and knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly, and most helpful to me explaining the process, doing more than required than they had to by repairing the clean out area in my back yard that looked so bad from a service who damaged it accidentally. Luke lowered the clean out pipe with a new cover so I’d not have that problem again. Was much appreciated. They worked very precisely and were extremely neat and orderly about all of their materials needed for the job in my yard. Was hard to believe I’d be able to use water so quickly, but I did in less than 3 hours from starting which was much appreciated! Now I’m only waiting for the 2 months (approximation), time Maura gave me for someone to return to fill the area in with more dirt as it’s been settling since the job was done in July, and if necessary will lower the pipe that’s extended out of the ground. I didn’t know if that was my own responsibility or not, and Maura let me know they’ll definitely be back to finish that for me. I could not refer ANYONE more than C&L. For something I knew very little to nothing about, (but sure do now), and have had several other companies here over a period of a couple years since buying my home, I feel they were the very best company for me and for this job. I’d recommend them to anyone, and no, I wasn’t paid for my review! I believe in giving credit where credit is most definitely due, because oftentimes we don’t mention when we’re pleased with a company nearly as much as we do when we complain! No complaints here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Edit: I’m adding final info mentioning the follow up visit from C&L, that they did approximately 2 months after work was done to fill in the area with fill dirt after the settling occurred on my property All in all, I highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again!"

They were very concerned about disrupting my landscaping and yard. After all was said and done you couldn't tell a backhoe drove into my front yard. We highly recommend this business! "The sewer line broke at our house where it connects with the City line. C&L scoped the line and worked with us to get this repair made quickly. Jeff at C&L told me that the ground will settle where the work was done in our yard, and to call when this happened and he would bring out more dirt. Not only did he do it, but they spread the dirt out for us! Great service and customer care!"
