"Owner/operator Scott and his team served us well this year. I arrived at my home September 1 after tenants vacated August 31. I'd had a heads up that the tenants backed up the kitchen plumbing. While exploring the crawlspace, I found water from a failed master bath toilet seal. Scott came and gave me a very credible assessment of the situation and facilitated two claims with my insurance company. He addressed my every question and concern. He orchestrated the drying and mold remediation processes per industry standards and in accordance with my insurance company's expectations. While challenged with a low supply of labor and a high demand for construction services, Scott nonetheless sourced me journeyman carpenter Chris and plumber Dave as I went about restoring the kitchen, master bath and two bedrooms. These two professionals conducted key services in which I had no expertise, despite my years as a home improvement addict and DIY junkie. Upon my request, Scott personally made the final crawlspace quality assurance inspection and adjustments. Throughout the entire process his team was careful to keep the jobsite clean, tidy and orderly, putting down drop cloths to protect the floors and hauling out debris both on demand and on a daily basis, each and every instance they worked at the house. After four days on the market, we got three offers and closed ahead of schedule, $10K over our listing price. We had no concerns from the buyer or the buyer's home inspector. Water remediation is a process I do not wish on anybody, but if you have to do it, I recommend Scott and his team based upon this experience. I am a guilty-as-charged tough customer. Scott and his team met my standards and helped me greatly along the process of restoration."
