"This place has seriously gone downhill. I was pretty excited when they got the new washers, but that didn't last long as those washers are absolutely horrible now. Last time I went there, there were 3 out of the 5 on one side that were retaining water in the drums! And one of the others had a bunch of rocks in it? And not to meantion all of the mold growing in the machines and the fact that I don't think they've ever washed the soap loaders, so they are constantly clogged. Seriously this place is just gross. There is dirt everywhere, and its built up dirt, not just normal weekly dirt (as is to be expected in laundry matts usually). And the bathroom ALWAYS smells like pee......I just don't understand how it would be hard for them to hire a cleaner to come in once every two weeks? Seriously...they have a flat screen tv and cameras, but they cant hire a cleaner? They need to get their situation together. Take care of the machines. Clean up. Keep it clean. Why take your clothes to get "cleaned" at such a gross place? It just doesn't make sense."
