"I would love to love this place. The machines are newer and you can pay through an app and earn rewards which is a great feature. However, a lot of times when I’ve come here people have mentioned the change machine not working (not sure why they tell me this but it’s been frequent, the first few weeks I came in it was weekly). The washers often smell really bad as well. They definitely need a cleaning on the inside. It was hard for me to find a washer today that wasn’t in use that didn’t smell like my clothes would come out smelling awful."
