"The room had a small refrigerator and microwave. There was a little coffee maker. It was clean and comfortable. The only chair in the room was a desk chair. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work or get wifi. A sign by the mirror said that because of a shortage of help available, they did not clean the rooms. I could imagine your garbage might need emptying if you stayed more than one night. There was no food service at the hotel, except for a complementary breakfast which includes sausage links, scrambled eggs, build your own waffle, cereal, pastries, apples, yogurt, juice."
"The main reason I booked a room at this hotel was to use the pool amenities. I was unable to enjoy my stay because 11AM-7PM there is swimming lessons and half the pool is occupied. The wifi does not work at all and the hotel expects you to call the wifi company to fix the issues. The only positive experience of my stay is the the rooms are clean. I recommend staying at a different hotel."
"Ok so I came here to relax and swim they didn’t tell me they have swimming lessons in their pool Monday-Thursday my kids could barely use the pool limited to a little space, they 11:00am until 7:00 pm next day try to go before 11:00am and they had an Aerobics class for elderly in the pool they had the whole pool once again and I know they were not guests there they tried to lie to me and say they were. Let your guests know before they book for two nights could of went somewhere else."
"I have never found a better place to stay! I can't find a place to compare in Texas. If I can't stay here I can't stay in Monroe. It's never been a problem. We enjoyed the stay and we will stay again during our next visit! Monroe is a great small town and we adore it. Americinn has the most wonderful breakfast and large clean rooms. Hot tub and pool are amazing! Greatest staff!!! Very welcoming and helpful! See you all very soon! Best place to stay. I love this place."
"I stay here every year and to my surprise the room I stayed in received a facelift. New carpeting, furniture and a fresh coat of paint made my stay more comfortable. Staff is great and omelettes in the morning are great."
