"I really liked the doctor (Wendy Meyr-Cherry) when I saw her. Getting in to see her is a problem. The staff, unfortunately are rude and do not act professionally. I’m on hold a minimum of 15 minutes every time I call, and I’ve only been able to book an appt with the doctor one out of four attempts. I’ve been told there are no other doctors available to fill in for her, not even a nurse practitioner who can see you or fill your prescriptions. This is extremely inconvenient for me and I’ve had to go to urgent care the last few times I’ve needed to be seen. Why even have a primary care physician if they can never see you? The staff is not empathetic or concerned. There are no apologies. I’ve been treated very rudely when being told the doctor is not in once again. I’m disappointed because it looks like I’m going to have to find another primary."

"Do not use this doctors office. They deserve negative 5 stars. They have had over a week to fax paperwork to an assisted living facility for my mother-in-law. Went there in person today to ask for it because numerous calls from the assisted living place and from us have fallen on deaf ears. As soon as we walked in they said “oh sorry, our computers went down right when you walked in.” They don’t care that we drove 10 hours to get here to move my mother-in-law into assisted living and the move in day can’t happen tomorrow without the paperwork sitting on the doctors desk. Worst doctors office I have seen in my life. They couldn’t be any more uncaring!!"

"I started going to her when I lived in St. Charles. Now I work and live in Creve Coeur but still come out to her. I often have to wait a bit for her to come into the exam room but once she is there, I am able to discuss my health concerns with her without feeling rushed. I find her very knowledgeable about anything I bring up and she doesn't jump straight to a prescription for a cure. My husband keeps switching his primary care physician (he prefers to see someone closer to home) but I am set on mine!"

"You want a good doctor don't go to her. Several of my family has went to her and dropped her. She never calls anyone back. She pushes her patients off on other people as much as she can. She does not listen to her patients and try to help them. Not sure why she became a doctor. Horrible doctor!!!! She does not deserve even one star."
