"I never really have any issues except today, i scheduled an appointment two weeks ago to have my hair done and i come in and they tell me unless i just want to be highlighted (which i wanted to go darker) then i would need to reschedule because it takes all day, mind you i showed up at 9am and im blonde just looking to go darker which i thought would be easier then highlighting and balayaging my hair. Definitely sucks when you have kids and try to plan things out"

"I paid $130 to get my 16 year old daughters hair lightened and no results looked exactly the same when she left & now she’s extremely unhappy and their response was o well nothing we can do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! An actual salon would have been cheaper & gotten better results. Lesson learned"

"I went in asking for a route smudge/balayage. I did have red on my hair previously a very faded red color, and the instructor told me that there might still be a hint of red on my head left over once they apply the dark brown and I agreed to that because I understand how hard right is to get out of my hair. However, they bleached my entire head applied a light brown to just my roots/scalp curled it in allowed me to leave that way. The stylist head my roots in such a way that I could not see how terrible they were until I got home and brushed it out and was able to see it. I have attached photos below they are telling me that they cannot give me my money back because the instructor told me that this is how it was supposed to look which is absolutely incorrect. I paid a $1 20 for this hair and then had to go and have it fixed full color correction and everything at a salon because of how terrible it was. Mind you I was there from 9:15 in the morning to 1:10 PM."
