"My favorite part is the self checkout. We never have to wait in line. We've shopped here many times since moving to the Conroe area. The store is well organized and very bright."

"Big box store. Small compared to hobby lobby. It's 90% things you can find online or at a random dollar tree and 10% of items you just can't wait for, so you have to buy in store. Bathrooms are always clean, but tp is thin. I shop here because they closed the north store, which had a huge variety of items. Still hoping this one will stock more often and gain some variety. It would be a good store if they weren't consistently removing good selling items permanently from the shelves. The prices are kind of high compared to other stores of this type."

"I absolutely love Michael's! under normal circumstances the store is well stocked in all things I typically need for my crafting projects. However, I don't know what was happening behind the "scene's" at this location but they didn't have anything I needed in stock and on the shelves and I drove over an hour just to shop at Michael's. I was extremely disappointed with my trip to Michael's and I never thought I would ever say that. Hopefully they get it together and restock the store for other customers. I'll stick with hobby lobby for the time being those shelves are always stocked."
