"Recently while in Conroe I stopped by this store to have a necklace cleaned. I was nervous about leaving it at the store because it has extreme sentimental value to me. If something happened to it, I don't know what I'd do. The manager (her name tag said Lee) was so very kind to me and offered to have it cleaned while I waited so I wouldn't have to leave it. She offered to show me anything I might be interested in, or to just browse on my own while I waited. The cleaning didn't take but a few minutes and she even gave me a little flannel bag to put the necklace in. I will definitely go back to this particular store in the future, even though it is not the closest one to wear I live. Caring, kind, quick customer service is what I care about most."

I had recently gone into another location and they measured my ring finger at an 11, which kind of makes my choices few and far between. I told her we liked the “to the moon and back” and wanted to get them as a mother and daughter. But no size 11. But she asked me to try on another size before I gave up. And it was perfect. Found my daughter a good size and spoke to her so kindly. Showed her how to clean our rings and everything. She was an absolute gem and made me a big fan of James Avery. Thank you for making a special moment for my daughter and I!"

"The products are of a wide selection, many of them tasteful and beautiful. Some of them funny. There's a lot to look through and plenty of great options. My problem with this specific James Avery is that the customer service is hit and miss. Twice I've been here and the women assisting me were standoffish at best. Weird vibes. Love the jewelry though."

"Visiting this location and interacting with Kendall was great. . She had a smile on her face, and she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. After finding what I wanted Kendall helped me place my order and the whole time she had a smile on her face and was very professional. I greatly appreciate your professionalism and your personality. It goes a long ways. Thanks for the great customer service Kendall. Now, for the lady behind the back counter, with a big, fluffy hair, she never smiles, or she never approaches any customers every time I go in there, and she always has a frown on her face.
