"This business has superb service. I did not buy jewelry from them but rather took an expensive watch in for a wrist band repair that I didn't trust Zales with shipping the watch across the country for. Not only did they repair the band which required a new pin being made at a fair price, they also cleaned the watch up at no extra charge. It's never looked so shiney since it first came out of the box. The repair was also durable as I tested it. I'm not in the market for new jewelry but if I were I'd be willing to check them out based on this experience!"

"The owner at Jeff’s Jewelry in Conroe helped me pick a beautiful diamond from their store to put on my 20 year old wedding band. He helped me to select the setting that would enhance that stone and it turned out magnificent! The turnaround time was so fast as well and I am beyond thrilled with the result. "Let me fair and say that we popped in during the holiday frinze cause we needed a little help, needed a box as we were passing down a ring to my daughter that was her Grandmother's as a Christmas gift and offered to purchase a nice box. We did in fact purchase a box that ..,..well..wasn't very nice. Requested a jeweler check the settings.(not diamonds) And clean the ring. Prepared to pay of course. They went to the back....returned immediately and said they'd cleaned it....no charge, handed my wife the ring and myself the receipt for my box purchase. I know we weren't there at that time to make big purchases....not that day."
