"We highly recommend this emergency vet center! We took our elderly boxer here for emergency surgery.. The entire staff was competent and terrific. The facility was clean.and welcoming. All procedures were performed in an open area, visible and within reach to pet parents. The doctors openly discussed the risks of the procedures between themselves, and with us There were concerns about sedating our dog due to his age and heart conditions. Dr. Hayward’s confidence, energy, and grasp of the situation convinced us to go forward with the surgery, which was successful thanks to her. Also, Nurse Monika took wonderful care of our boy, treating him as her own.."
"Amazing people here! Took great care of my big boy Wilbur. They were very friendly, helpful, and very understanding . Even gave him his own big room! I appreciate all they do for my buddy and would recommend them to anyone in need of help asap! I am horrible with names but again would like to thank everyone who worked 1/12/24. Around 6 pm. You guys were truly amazing!"
"This place is incredible they answered my concerns over the phone and let me even talk to the doctor. When I brought my puppy in they took care of him right away let me stay with him every step of the way. And explained his medications in detail and put his cone on him. They were really caring with me and my puppy but also with the other family that was there. Can’t recommend this place enough for your pets emergency care"
"Our dog stayed about 3 days with the e-vet. This experience could have been so traumatic and stressful but the staff at VEG made it as positive as possible. They were so kind and competent, I can’t recommend it enough. Though the fees can add up, the doctors are very upfront about any costs and are willing to work with you to offer other options for payment if needed. The staff sent us extremely detailed notes from his visit and surgery and they communicated with us regularly when we were in the hospital and even via phone when we were home. The facilities were clean and even with it busy around the new year, it was not a stressful environment. At least every hour there was a staff member offering us complimentary snacks or beverages and making sure we were okay. We did not have a single interaction that was less than wonderful with every staff member. Thank you all so much for taking care of Rogue!"
"First time taking our pup to the ER. He has an allergic reaction to his yearly vaccines. I was seen immediately by a tech, they were calming and I loved that fact that I was able to stay with my pup the entire time he was there. Every employee was super nice! We got an estimated quote before treatment that ended up being spot on. The dr was very helpful and he gave us great after care advise. There was no rush to send us on our way and all of hundreds of questions were answered patiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who has a pet emergency!"
