The ladies are wonderful. Karen has been such a great help to me personally as well as her team. They are so helpful, creative n their packaging and always always so nice and attentive. This is my favorite Paper Affair store they never rush you out the door without making sure you have everything you want and love. The best of the best!!"

"I have been into this store several times over the last two years and it is always the same interaction, or lack there of with the staff. Today was the first time I had been greeted going into the store. But after being there for what seemed like 10-15 minutes (and listening to the staff and the other person in the store conversation about their housemate having COVID) I reluctantly asked for help. The help that I received was informative and I felt that she was genuine in wanting to assist but as a consumer I don’t feel I should have to see out assistance. The store is nice. They are well located for the area. They have a wide variety of gifts, cards, and paper. But the service leaves something to be desired."

"The people here are rude and stuck up. They did not merely have the decency to make eye contact when I was speaking to them. They were unfriendly and it wasn’t fun to shop there. I wish I could give zero stars. Additionally, what they were selling was tacky and extremely overpriced - the type of thing you get from your great aunt and I have been very disappointed with my purchase. I will NEVER forget or return to this store. I hope the ladies working there could learn some minimal manners"
