"I don’t normally do reviews or ever for that matter but today I am. In short I called to see if they do dry cleaning which they did then I get more information how long will it takes ect due to me waiting to the last minute it wasn’t possible that’s my fault no big deal I understand I asked for recommendations of anything with same day and the gentleman on the phone said no made an excuse about helping someone (which I know no one was there since he picked up the phone IMMEDIATELY when I called) and hung up as I was talking to him trying to thank him nonetheless this place doesn’t care AT ALL if they come to the conclusion that they can’t get your business in the end. For such a small place in a small town of Leander you would assume they’d try their best even if they weren’t getting my business I would’ve probably came back if I needed something else dry cleaned in the future now that I knew the time it took but since he just hung up as I was talking I find it very rude and unprofessional."
