We got lucky in that he was able to squeeze us in for a residential cleaning the same week. When he did our estimate, he didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need so we really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail (and also explaining the process to us)! He was also prompt in sending us a quote too – really appreciate how communicative and responsive he is and how he doesn’t leave you hanging or requires us to follow up with him constantly for updates. That is VERY important to me since a lack of communication can cause a lot of stress. Matthew was on time and did a thorough job of cleaning our house and driveway. We had some mud stains and lots of bird fecal matter in the front entry left behind from 2 barn swallow bird families who had already left the coop.
