"Honestly, I don't know how they did. So basing this on the entire experience. We hired them to do a make-ready for our rental property. We are located in WASHINGTON. And needed the property ready ASAP. The company fit us in their schedule and though pricey it was comparable to other highly reviewed companies. We did not receive any follow up photos so really can't tell you how they did. I know it took about 3.5 hours for them to clean the property. I haven't heard any complaints from my new tenants so I'm assuming all is good. Thanks again."
