"Overall good. They rejected 1 item. Didn’t tell me it wasn’t dry cleaned. What if I had found out right before going for a party? They didn’t offer me a store credit or get money off my Credit card. I have been their customer ever since they opened. They are still making me wait for a $5-6 credit. I have spent time at the store, provided proof, yet, no resolution. BTW, where is Purvi? Such a wonderful employee! I miss her."
"First time the stain appear, they said they cannot guarantee to get rid of all stains (honestly I don’t even remember that stain being there) Then, they offered redo, which said to take two days, but after two days I found out it would take longer for redo, instead of shorter ( you know acknowledging their under-performance during the first time, try to retain the customer …) On Friday couldn’t wait any longer, decided to take of back. This time it added a burn in the collar. The manager at the 51st store blamed on the manufacturer for using certain material What the hell was that? NEVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! Unless this store pays for the damage they caused to my shirt, I’ll keep posting the evidence here and on Yelp. Until they fix the problem!! I have receipt, and pictures as evidence. I have the short for proof as well."
