From the lovely lady who calmed my nerves when I was dealing with an active ruptured water heater flood, to the team that came out the day after the flood pulling carpets and and helping with the initial Restoration. "We worked with All Nation Restoration on water mitigation of a rental property we own. Not having experienced this before, we felt scared and overwhelmed. All Nation was unbelievable to work with. I had a forty minute chat with one of the ops managers, William, who explained every single thing that was going to happen, how it was covered, next steps, etc. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the issues we faced, and put my mind at ease as we started the process. Communication throughout the mitigation process was also amazing. It happened often, was very timely in any response we needed from them, and very transparent. The mitigation itself was also finished correctly and in a timely manner. All paperwork was handed over to our insurance and they stayed on top of that process as well. "Same day assessment and treatment! I'm honestly shocked how easy this was. I know because I called 11 companies over the last few days and got a mix of "we need a protocol first", assessments scheduled several days out and no response. All Nation was different! Kyle made scheduling by email so easy with crazy fast responses. Johnathan & Demonte showed up on time, walked me through treatment options and seemed genuinely excited to do the work on the spot. They even took away my moldy rug pad so I didn't have to. I literally couldn't have asked for better service. I was getting desperate with family coming to town for Thanksgiving after we discovered this mold while preparing to potty train our toddler. Kyle, Johnathan and Demonte truly felt like a blessing. "I had an excellent experience working with Ian and Bryan at All Nation Restoration and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. We called All Nation Restoration on Halloween they offered to send someone later that day! We ended scheduling for the next day due to the holiday, but it was still great to know they would have had availability in the event of an emergency. Ian was great. He came on time, did a thorough investigation of the area and took pictures of everything (We had a roof leak when we moved into our house and the leak was fixed, but noticed paint peeling and wanted to check for mold). Bryan was the project manager and was able to clearly explain the extent of the water damage and what options we had. Bryan explained that there was a little mold where the leak had been, but they either replace ($$) or treat that area for the cost of the assessment (free). We opted for the second option and are extremely happy that there was minimal/no damage and are extremely happy that Bryan and Ian were so honest and great to work with. They now have a customer for life. Again, I wholeheartedly recommend working with All Nation Restoration. They are a fair and honest company, and provide top-notch service."
