"This company is not trustworthy and should be avoided. I hired them for a chimney sweep and inspection. The technician looked at my fireplace for a couple of minutes, stuck a brush up my chimney for about 10 seconds, and said, "everything looks good." He didn't even bother cleaning up the mess he made. I didn't know what I just paid him for so I called the office to complain. He clearly cut corners and did not even come close to providing a full inspection/sweep. They offered to come out and do the job correctly. When they did come out again they told me they had no records of my original appointment and were trying to collect payment again. What is alarming is that serious safety issues were pointed out by the second technician. The clear disregard for my family's safety by cutting corners and not doing the job correctly was appalling. I will never be using this company again."
