"Did not follow their own cleaning checklist. Poor quality of housecleaner's work. Office mgr argumentative and insulting when contacted about service problems. Note: A year ago service was better. It seems this buisness may be having personnel problems. Seems to have high turnover of cleaners."

"I got the move-out clean and overall I'm happy with the service. The cleaner was professional and did a great job. Service: Move out clean, 650 sqft, took 1 person about 3 hours I'm taking away a star for the company's "heavy build-up" policy. When the cleaner arrives, they take pictures of the apartment and send them to the owner, who then decides if the apartment looks like it has places that haven't been cleaned in the last 30 days. If it is determined your apartment has this " heavy build-up", you must pay a $69 "Heavy Duty cleaning fee." This is not listed ANYWHERE in the booking process or in the terms and conditions—I was only informed of this by the cleaner in person. If you decline to pay the fee, the cleaner will clean "to the best of their ability, as if there was standard build-up". Meaning if you don't pay the fee on the spot when the cleaner arrives, you need to either find new cleaners or clean it yourself afterwards. After having a long argument with the owner, I can honestly say that I do not think this fee is malicious (they ended up removing the charge from my bill). However, it definitely needs to be disclosed to the customers ahead of time. The owner told me that I should have called to confirm what coverage was provided with the cleaning after booking, so take that how you will... TL;DR Cleaner did a great job, and I'm happy with it... but I'm not too happy with the company policy. When booking move-out cleans with them, make sure you wipe down surfaces so that they don't hit you with a $69 heavy build-up fee."

"Fatima and her colleague, I’m sorry I can’t recall her name, we’re very thorough in the first-time deep cleaning of my house. The house is large, messy, and really needed a good cleaning. They were sweet to my dog (who loved them!) and they cleaned around my work schedule and meetings (I work from home). Well done and thank you!"

"Terrible customer service and spotty work after the initial clean. Cleaners would arrive late or not at all. I cleaned everything by my self after their agent left. Poor and bad service. Keep your money, stays away of MAIDSWAY."

"I see some question on other reviews about their location. ? Don't know and don't care because they come to me. I'm so happy to have Maidsway to help me. I need them to clean 2 of my apartments on recurring but different schedules. Perla is great. She arrived on time, followed my directions for a few things I didn't want done and when I got home everything was nice and shiny. The office was very friendly and thorough in addressing a few quirks that are of particular importance to me. The website makes it easy to schedule/change and communicate when you want something specific. I am excited for Maidsway to come again next week."
