"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible! Even having to Pay a bit more for another companies service is well worth it! ALSCO Has Aweful customer service department. Take days to return a phone call. Uniforms are always missing and I do not get service every week the way I should. (But they sure expect payment right away) Always get excuses that the uniforms are lost. This is my 3rd week with no service and I call every other day, get Maria (Customer service department release) Voicemail, leave a message and NEVER get a response back. I am just waiting for my contract to end so I can leave this place and get someone reliable with better customer service skills and a company that returns phone calls, doesn’t lose my techs uniforms and actually do what the contract states and gives service when it is suppose to be done. DO NOT WASTE Your $ on this companies service. You are better off washing your own uniforms...by doing so, at least you know you have clean uniforms to wear the next day."

"Got called for an interview and they said the hours were going to be 7:30 -4:30 when I arrived I was told that because I didn't have a D.L. they couldn't hire me cause the hours were from 5:30 am -6:00 pm which tells me they aren't organized enough to know exactly what they are doing. They seemed very unorganized, Not to mention that the company is actually being sued for sexual harassment and they had a male doing the interview ALONE (NOT VERY SMART IF YOU ASK ME)"

"If I can rate no star I would love to. No communication No responsible attitude to doing business at all from all company levels. I’m a very unhappy customer. Short, wrong and damaged products Through out my two years experience. Change your route to different dates not care you have enough product or not. I rather spent more time to take care my customers then calling Alsco to complain the issues. Man I really looking a way out from this company. "Benefits, easy repetitive work- their downfall is the LACK of job/ family balance. From experience, they pretty much DO NOT CARE. This job is great for someone SINGLE- WITHOUT CHILDREN. For A single mother with children, who is the SOLE PROVIDER AND CARETAKER OF HER CHILDREN, this IS NOT FOR YOU (US).... Can't get your children to school nor be there to pick them up."
