It didn’t look right, didn’t fit or feel right, so I was nervous about wearing it, was dreading wearing it and was considering buying something cheap online to replace it. Sarah took her time analyzing how the dress was made and how to fix it; she did a great job working on it and now it fits and looks great! I’m now looking forward to wearing the dress. "Very unprofessional! Clothing was brought back because they smelled (dirty, unchanged washer-dry cleaning water). When the clothes were brought back the clerk said that it was because the clothes were brought in "sweaty". When I picked the clothes back up I asked "what do you think the problem was?" (the re-cleaned clothes were no longer smelly). He said "the only thing I suggest is for you to wash your clothes ahead of you bringing them here (to the cleaners)". Doesn't that defeat the purpose of the service? If I have to wash my clothes before I bring them to you, why do I need the service? I was ignored of my questions several times and had a total disregard to the original problem. Anyone interested in keeping a customer would do their best to make this right. I don' recommend this cleaners at all."
